        A clinic/doctor allowes booking of consultation time. for the day.
        Devise a program in such a way that the persons booking starts 5AM. The clinic
        attends maximum of 3 patients in a slot of 15 minutes.
        The timings for consultation is from 8 AM to 12 AM and 4 PM to 8 PM
        The booking time can be with simultation by random number.
